 The release of ‘Scent Of A Moment’ heralds the third solo album release from Skully, best known for his work as the Irish half of the Afro/Irish duo Metisse.‘Scent Of A Moment’ is a collection of instrumental tracks, each of which relates to a place, time, or event, that holds special significance to Skully. A unique insight into what has inspired some of these tracks has been posted on Skully’s website at www.skully.ie “the album is like a soundtrack to my life”, says Skully, who is no stranger to provided soundtrack music for major Hollywood movies and television productions, both with ‘Metisse’ and more recently as a solo artist. With recording of the third Metisse album beginning at the end of the summer, the past few months have been busy ones for Skully, and it doesn’t look like slowing down anytime soon.
